Our History

Founded in the UK in 2015, Novo-K has spent over a decade bringing clarity, structure and intelligence to procurement. Following a period of growth, the business opened its first overseas office in India in 2023. In 2025, Novo-K rebranded as BuyingStation alongside the launch of its Procurement Intelligence Platform. Today, BuyingStation combines expert procurement services with intelligent technology, levelling the field for procurement teams of every size.
